Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty shall be a bid bond made payable to the Quitman-Brooks County Airport Authority.
