Perry Street Pontiac, MI 48340 5055 Delemere Street Royal Oak, MI 48073 8211 Big Lake Road Clarkston, MI 48346 1000 Beck Rd Wixom, MI 48393 Oakland Schools Technical Campus' Board of Education will receive firm prime contractor bids to provide tiling at the Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest campuses. Question Deadline 02/06/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes. Any and all clarification questions pertaining to this IFB shall be submitted in writing through email to purchasing@oakland.k12.mi.us. A certified check or bid bond executed by a Treasury listed surety company acceptable to Oakland Schools in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal payable to Oakland Schools shall be submitted with each proposal over $29,572. All proposals shall be firm for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days. Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond by a Treasury listed surety in the amount of 100% of their bid. *The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informality or irregularity therein, or to award the contract to other than the low bidder, in its sole discretion. Oakland Schools reserves the right to accept that bid which in its opinion, is in the best interest of the Owner.
