Renovation of a detention facility in South Salt Lake, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Facilities Management invites your company to bid on project ADC Roof Top Replacements located at 3415 S 900 W Salt Lake City UT 84119. The Contractor will have 60 calendar days to complete the project Penal sum of the bond shall be 5% of the amount bid for the work of the Project. If Bidder shall fail to execute a contract and furnish the required payment and performance bonds within ten days after Contracts and Procurement notifies the General Contractor. The project will then be offered to the next bidder in line. The County reserves the right to reject all bids, any non-responsive bid, and to waive any minor informality in any bid received. Salt Lake County reserves the right to stop the selection process at any time if it is considered to be in the best interest of the County. PRE-BID CONFERENCE (A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL NOT BE HELD FOR REBID)
