Montezuma Water Company is requesting Bids for the construction of Montezuma Water Company Water Treatment Plant Expansion Project. The Project includes the following Work: The Montezuma Water Company (MWC) Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Expansion Project (Project) includes the following major components: A new raw water pump station and wet well, replacement of existing raw water pumps, construction of a new treatment plant, and installation of new finished water pumps in the existing building. The 2 MGD new treatment plant includes a below grade concrete chlorine contact basin, 8,000-square foot pre-engineered metal building, package treatment equipment, chemical storage, restroom, and other appurtenances including process piping, electrical, instrumentation, and controls. The Project is funded by USDA and AIS requirements apply. It is important to note the delay between Notice of Award and Notice to Proceed (60 days) for Owner and USDA to secure the funding.
