As of February 15, 2024, construction is underway. All trades have been awarded. This project consists of a 4-gate, 73,000 square foot addition and a 5-gate 113,000 square foot existing building renovation. LLC & TF Powers Construction Co. ("Construction Manager") are soliciting proposals on behalf of the Municipal Airport Authority of the City of Fargo, North Dakota ("Owner") for: Hector Terminal Expansion & Renovation - Bid Package #1 - Terminal Expansion Structure Subcontractors and suppliers representing Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBE) are especially encouraged to submit bids for this project as we are working towards certain workforce utilization goals.
