Renovation of a museum in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
As of July 9, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Scope of Services includes, but not limited to: The Restoration of the existing cupola per construction MBE/WBE businesses encouraged to participate. Sealed Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit that is not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount and made payable to County of Bristol. The deposit may be in the form of cash, certified check or a bank check issued by a responsible bank or trust company. Successful bidder will be required to submit a 100% payment bond and a 100% performance bond of the amount of the contract. An award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The Bristol County Commissioners intend to award a contract within 45 days of solicitation opening.
