Y23016 The Work includes, but is not limited to selective demolition, site clearing, earthwork, termite control, subdrainage, track and field line markings, chain link fences and gates, lawns and grasses, polyresin track surface, precast modular block retaining wall, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry assemblies, metal fabrications, steel handrails and railings, decorative metal fences and gates, joint sealants, standard steel doors and frames, door hardware, gypsum board assemblies, ceramic tile, acoustical panel ceilings, painting, toilet compartments, signs, post and panel signs, toilet and bath accessories, companion seating system, plumbing and electrical and clean-up and removal of construction debris. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids received where such acceptance, rejection or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner and to reject any bid where evidence of information submitted by the bidder does not satisfy the Owner that the Bidder is qualified to carry out the details of the Contract Documents. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a performance and payment bond and a material and payment bond in an amount equal to at least One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract price. The premium for the bonds shall be included in the proposal amount(s). The Owner reserves the right to determine the ability of any bidder to perform the work, and upon the request of the Owner, any bidder shall furnish such information as may be required to make this determination. Bid Guaranty in the form of a Bid Bond (Proposal bonds with Contractor acting as surety are not acceptable), Certified Check, or cash shall accompany each bid.
