The City of New Port Richey is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide the following Sand Filter Construction Expansion Joint Restoration and Damming. The project is located within the City of New Port Richey, Florida, at 4730 Main Street, New Port Richey, FL. 34652. Items include the process of damming off the water flow, rebuilding interior and exterior wall and Floor construction joints, including surface preparation, sealant preparation, and product application for sealing tank construction seams from leaks. All contract bonds, insurance contracts, and certificates of insurance shall be either executed by or counter-signed by a licensed resident agent of the surety or Insurance company having its place of business in the State of Florida. Further, the said surety or insurance company shall be duly licensed and qualified to do business in the State of Florida. The successful Bidder shall hold or obtain such Contractor's and Business License as state statutes require. The City of New Port Richey reserves the right to reject all quotes or any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time, which shall not extend beyond 90 days from the proposal opening date.
