The City of Woodland is soliciting proposals from qualified professional janitorial service providers to clean City Hall, Public Works Office, Public Works Shop, Police Station/Council Chambers, Wastewater Treatment Plant Office, and the Community Center on a weekly basis beginning January 2, 2024, to December 31, 2026. General duties will include cleaning entry areas, lobby/common areas, office spaces, council chambers, holding cells, breakout room/meeting room, restrooms, lunchroom/breakout room, other services as requested. The City of Woodland reserves the right to reject all bids, waive informalities, or to accept that bid which appears to serve the best interests of the City of Woodland. May be subject to Washington State prevailing wage rules, see state for regulations. Bid award will follow at the next regular council meeting on Monday, January 1, 2024 with a Notice to Proceed provided January 2, 2024.
