Renovation of an educational facility in Camrose, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1 Remove the existing roofing systems on the specified roof sections in accordance with these specifications. Refer to Section 02 41 19 Selective Demolition. 2 Conduct carpentry in accordance with Section 06 10 00 Rough Carpentry, and the drawings. 3 Supply and install new steel posts to support the HVAC unit on Section 15A in accordance with the drawings and Section 05 50 00 Metal Fabrications. 4 On Roof Sections 15 and 15A, apply membrane roofing system in accordance with Section 07 51 13 Built Up Roofing - Cold Applied and in accordance with the drawings. 5 Supply and install all metal flashings related to the membrane roofing in accordance with Sheet Metal Flashings Section 07 62 00 and accordance with the drawings. 6 Supply and install new sheet metal specialties. Refer to Sheet Metal Roof Specialties Section 07 63 00. 7 Replace the roof drains. Refer to Mechanical Section 23 05 00. 8 Temporarily remove all roof top equipment as required to complete re-roofing, and re-install afterwards. Refer to Mechanical Requirements Section 23 05 00 and Electrical Requirements Section 26 05 00. 9 Provide a Five (5) Year material and workmanship warranty. Refer to Section 07 52 13 Built Up Roofing - Cold Applied
