Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Leechburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Scope of work includes the complete demolition, offsite removal and disposal of two residential structures, termination and capping of utility services. backfill, seeding, mulching and restoration in Leechburg. PA. Proposal must be upon the forms furnished by Senate Engineering Company and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the form attached to the Contract Documents, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, made payable to the Armstrong County Department of Planning and Development. All envelopes containing Bid proposal shall be sealed and clearly marked RESIDENTIAL I IOUSE DEMOLITIONS PROJECT. Bidders must comply with all requirements of Pennsylvania Act 127 of 2012 and Prevailing Wage Act. The Armstrong County Department of Planning and Development reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals, for any reason whatsoever. Bidders must agree to commence work on or before a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner and to fully complete the project within fortyfive (45) consecutive calendar days. . All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer at least five (5) days before the established date for Bid opening
