The City of Topeka is seeking bids for High Performance Polymer Modified Cold Asphaltic Concrete Mix for use by the City's Street Maintenance Section of the Transportation Operations Division. The material must meet or exceed the attached specifications. The bid award shall be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The awarded vendor will be required to enter into a one (1) year agreement with the City of Topeka with the option to renew under the same terms and conditions for four (4) additional one (1) year periods by written agreement of both parties.
