Site work and new construction of a residential development in Cedarbutte, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The SWA Corporation is accepting written proposals for the following scope of work, Build one 3-Three Bedroom house, from Indian Owned Contractors and Non-Indian Owned Contractors. Any proposal submitted must state that it will remain open for sixty (60) days. The SWA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals. INSURANCE Before commencing for work, the company must furnish the SWA Corporation with certificates of insurance showing that minimal insurance is in force and will insure all operations: Commercial General Liability- Combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage of not less than $300,000 per occurrence. Workmans Compensation- In accordance with State Workers Compensation laws. Automobile Liability- Combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage of not less than $300,000 per occurrence. Builders Risk (fire and extended)-Cost of the total unit.
