Site work for a civil project in Saint Augustine, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work for this project generally includes provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to install approximately 1,791 linear feet of 24-inch DR18 PVC or PC 250 cement lined ductile iron (CLDI) pipe by open-cut, with four (4) fire hydrants included. The purpose of the water main is to provide a redundant discharge from the CR214 Water Treatment Plant (WTP). Initial connection must be made between January and March 2024 during lower flow periods from the WTP. Bid Bond 5% Project Estimated Budget 700,000.00. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County. Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to the Designated Point of Contact. Questions are due no later than Four oclock (4:00PM) EST on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, so that any necessary addenda may be issued in a timely manner. Any questions received after the deadline will not be answered unless previously approved by the SJC Purchasing Director or other designated County Representative
