A. Work of the project includes installing new store front panels and exterior glass door. Major components of the work consist of All existing overhead doors, tracks, and operating systems will be removed by TXDOT. Install New Store front windows (3) will be installed on new CMU walls that is already in place. Install Store front type window system and the door (1) will be installed. The door be ADA compliant (3-0). Store front system, door hardware, and locks need to install per TXDOT specs and standards. B. Pre-qualification of contractors on facility contracts is waived; however, the Uniform General Conditions included in each proposal document outlines specific requirements for contract award.
