Renovation of a municipal facility in Ralls, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A. Work of the project includes installing new store front panels and exterior glass door. Major components of the work consist of All existing overhead doors, tracks, and operating systems will be removed by TXDOT. Install New Store front windows (3) will be installed on new CMU walls that is already in place. Install Store front type window system and the door (1) will be installed. The door be ADA compliant (3-0). Store front system, door hardware, and locks need to install per TXDOT specs and standards. B. Perform Work of Contract under Lump Sum Total Cost Contract with Owner according to Conditions of Contract. Store Front Installation, Location: 100 Ave City/st: Ralls, Texas 79357 Bid Guaranty/bid Bond: $1,000.00 Question Deadline 01/17/2024 Written responses anticipated to be posted no later than: JANUARY 25, 2024 Contract time for the work to be completed in full will be 120 calendar days. Pre-qualification of contractors on facility contracts is waived; however, the Uniform General Conditions included in each proposal document outlines specific requirements for contract award. Estimated Cost of Work : $50,000.00 The right is reserved by the Texas Transportation Commission to reject any and all proposals.
