The scope of work at each site is: Peninsula Shores District School, Wiarton Replacement of air cooled condensor with new air source heat pump. Associates controls, piping, pumps replacement, and addition of new buffer tank. Huron Heights Public School, Kincardine Replacement of six (6) existing rooftop units with new, like for like. One (1) transition roof curb to suit replacement HVAC unit. Kincardine Tiverton Public School, Kincardine Addition of new HVAC unit to serve general purpose room. Addition of mini split system for staff room cooling. Hillcrest Central School, Teeswater Replacement of three (3) existing rooftop units with new, like for like. Construction Start Date - June 30, 2024 Substantial Performance Date - August 20, 2024 Final Completion Date - August 30, 2024 Peninsula Shores District School is expected to be complete by November 30, 2024.
