Renovation of a multi-residential development in East Hampton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Town Board of the Town of East Hampton reserves the right to reject and declare invalid any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received. Each proposal must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid package, in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder, and the bid name marked clearly on the outside of the envelope. A bid deposit in the amount of $2000.00 and a Certificate of Non-Collusion must accompany all bid submissions. Question Deadline 01/19/2024 Every request for information or interpretation of the Contract Documents or Drawings must be addressed in writing to the Purchasing Agent Town of East Hampton 159 Pantigo Road East Hampton, New York 11937 via (fax) 631-324-7895 or email: jcarroza@ehamptonny.gov , and to be given any consideration, must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
