Scope of Work The scope of work for this project includes the following high-level tasks which the selected consultant must fulfil: Task 1 - Understanding of Operations & Recommendations Review existing City parking system operations and collaborate with City teammates to understand the desired future state of operations Collaborate with City teammates to design detailed needs of each parking facility. Propose recommendations to the parking system as it relates to PARC equipment and technology, operational efficiencies, enhanced user experience, enhanced safety, etc. Task 2 - Request For Proposals Development and Issuance Draft Request for Proposal (RFP), Technical Specification documents and related drawing documents. Assist with and advise on solicitation process, bid evaluation criteria, project schedule, and identify proposal requirements. Submit finalized RFP, Technical Specifications and drawings documents to City team for review, approval and posting. Compose amendments and responses as necessary. Organize and attend pre-proposal meeting and other RFP related processes as required. Task 3 - Contract Administration Assist with solicitation and award process. Attend project management meetings in collaboration with City team. Collaborate with City team to address and resolve issues that arise in the field during the implementation process. Task 4 - System Installation, Implementation and Acceptance Provide on-site installation oversite and testing according to the specifications and performance in the contract. This may include, but is not limited to the following: o Installation oversight or review o Change orders o Testing o Walk through o Punch list o Project Close Out All questions and requests for clarification of this RFQ must be submitted in writing or email by 9:00 a.m., Friday, December 8, 2023.
