Renovation of a medical facility in New Westminster, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
the Royal Columbian Hospital existing Columbia Tower, Interim Support Building, Health Care Centre, Emergency Building, and Mental Health & Substance Use Building / Energy Centre. The 24 week timeline is mandatory for the completion of the new fire alarm backbone cabling. The new fire alarm panel installation/commissioning by Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd may extend past the 24 week timeline. The Division 26 contractor, acting as the GC, must retain the subcontractor services of Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd for the fire alarm upgrade and testing. The project will endeavor to upgrade the system with as little disruption of services to the site. The fire alarm system will remain continuously operational.
