Renovation of a municipal facility in Rancho Cordova, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
1. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) removal of the existing Fire Alarm System (FAS) and installation a new FAS as described herein: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, permits, fees, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove the existing FAS and install and test a new Contractor supplied FAS and all associated components. 2. Subcontracting is not permitted under this Agreement. All references to subcontracting or Subcontractors as found herein are not applicable to this Agreement. 3. The services shall be performed at the Regional Traffic Management Center (RTMC), located at 3165 Gold Valley Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742, within Sacramento County. Questions regarding this IFB must be submitted in writing by 12/08/23. Bidders are encouraged to submit their written questions via e-mail to shawn.fitzpatrick@dot.ca.gov.
