Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. Completed plans call for the construction of a 30,607-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Yukon University is looking to secure a firm to provide Construction Management Services to oversee the construction and completion of the Polaris Project Science Building. This tender is the second phase of a two part solicitation; a first stage prequalificaiton of firms to short list them for a second stage invitational request for proposals. The prequalification exercise has been completed and a list of firms has been prequalified to participate in this second stage. This tender is now for receipt of formal proposals for the services. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com Question Deadline 01/19/2024 All questions or inquiries related to the RFP, except for confirmation that a submitted Response has been received, shall be submitted in writing through MERX before the question deadline
