The City is seeking On-call and maintenance/repair services from qualified Motor and Pump repair Contractors to assist with troubleshooting, repairs, modifications/additions and/or replacement of existing pumps or motors with new. The Scope of Work shall consist of performing, scheduled or as needed repair, troubleshooting, maintenance and/or replacement purchase of the City of Arvada s Utilities Departments pumps and motors as determined by Arvada staff. Generally, the repair work of motors and pumps will be performed at the Contractors place of business (repair shop). Upon request from Arvada staff, Contractor may be required to perform work on site at the City of Arvada location. On site work may involve troubleshooting, equipment analysis/testing, emergency repair, assistance with start-up or pump removal. The selected Contractor should have the capability of motor and pump pickup and delivery service upon request by the City of Arvada.
