Renovation of a medical facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Tthe date hereinafter specified for the furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, appliances, equipment, services, etc., necessary for the construction. Remove existing Air Handler and ducts o Remove existing supply duct for rooms A-109,111,113,115,118,120 o Install new custom Air Handlers o Provide chill water for new AHU o Air Balance o Permits o Install new VAV supply/return duct for rooms.
