The is funded via Congressional Earmark funding that follows all federal funding guidelines and includes coordination with City of Golden, Colorado Department of Transportation, Church Ditch Company, Clayworks (formerly CoorsTek) staff. The purpose of the is to develop a high-quality pedestrian and bike connection to expand access to the popular P2P Trail/Clear Creek Trail, Downtown Golden and the surrounding neighborhoods. The DBE goal for this is 5 percent The City reserves the right to reject any proposal if evidence submitted, or investigation, of such Consultant failsto satisfy the City that such Consultant is properly qualified to meet the obligations of the .
