Site work for a municipal facility in Prince George, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
City of Prince George invites bids from qualified contractors with respect to the replacement of the existing City Hall transformer, with an incoming service from a new external BC Hydro transformer and high voltage upgrade. A new external metering kiosk will be required, along with support to facilitate new internal updates for future connection(s) and will need to include outdoor event power, future EV parking and emergency generator use. A new vault to feed Connaught Hill is included. The new route will span between the upgraded transformers of Parkhouse and Kopar Memorial and to the kiosk. Further to this, will be the replacement of the aging and or failing switch gear and distribution panel(s).
