The representative may only sign in for one (1) company. Subcontractors may not represent a potential prime contractor at a Mandatory Site Inspection. All prospective bidders attending the mandatory site inspection are to be assembled at Caltrans, 320 South Sierra Way, San Bernardino, CA 92408 at 9:30 a.m. Bidders must sign in (on the sheet provided) upon arrival and sign out upon completion of the walk-through activities. Failure to comply with these provisions may result in the rejection of your bid. Caltrans will conduct the mandatory site inspection of the facilities and disseminate any additional information to participants, if necessary.
