Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in North Ogden, Utah. Design plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of March 7, 2025, this project is in the design phase. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. Professional engineering svcs incl civil engineering, landscape consulting, programming/master planning, architectural & engineering design/consulting, inspection certification svcs, testing/geotechnical, hazardous materials service, commissioning svcs The new building will service as administration offices for the Mt. Ogden business unit. The building will include office space, dispatch, break areas, conference rooms, and a locker area for bus operators. The Utah Transit Authority (UTA) is preparing for the design and construction of a new administration building at the UTA Mt. Ogden campus, located on an existing UTA owned property at 135 W 17th Street in Ogden. There are no Questions added to this event.
