References will be contacted to help inform the review. d The proposal that appears to provide the best value to the District will be announced or an interview scheduled amongst a short list of contractors. A final selection will be made by the Board of Directors and all respondents will be notified. . The principal work to be provided under this contract shall consist of providing Operator in Charge services for the Water District that meets the Colorado Department of Health and Environment (CDPHE) requirements. Work shall include all services and coordination including routine maintenance for approximately 7,700 feet of 2" 6" water main, and two at grade bolted steel water tanks (48,000 and 62,000 gallon volume), emergency services including coordination with contractor for repair, all reports, records, testing and administration required by CDPHE. Work is located within Evergreen, Colorado. The Hidden Valley Water District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the submission and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the District. The District reserves the right to award the contract in a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the proposal opening. The length of the Contract will take place to the end of 2024 for options by the District to extend the services contract annually.
