Site Directions: Irrigon SRTS SE First/SE Wyoming Avenue A pre-construction conference will be scheduled following council approval. Work will include: Construction of approximately 2,400 lineal feet of standard curb, 11,240 square feet of concrete walks, 9 curb ramps, a flashing beacon, a raised speed table, crosswalk marking, removal of surfacings, asphalt paving, installation of aggregate base, 650 cubic yards of embankment in place, and 165 cubic yards of general excavation. All quantities are approximate. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a bid bond payable to City of Irrigon in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish separate Performance and Payment Bonds of one hundred percent (100%) submitted on the prescribed forms for faithful performance of the Contract in the full amount of the Contract price. The Surety issuing the bond must have an attorney-in-fact or a principal doing business in the State of Oregon. This information must be included on the bond statement. The Contracting Agency will not receive or consider an Offer for a Public Improvement Contract unless the Offeror is registered with the Construction Contractors Board, or is licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board, as specified in OAR 137-049-0230. Est. Value Notes: Range of $440,000 - $490,000 Contractor Shall Not Discriminate in Obtaining Required Sub-contractor's in Accordance With Ors 279a.110(4). (See Oar 137-049-0440(3)). The City of Irrigon Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Public Contracting Procures and Requirements, Including the Requirement to Demonstrate the Bidder's Responsibility Under Ors 279c.375(3)(B). The City of Irrigon May Also Reject Any or All Proposals for Good Cause, or Any or All Bids Upon a Finding of the Owner That It is in the Public Interest to Do So, to Postpone the Award of the Contract for a Period Not to Exceed Thirty (30) Days, and to Accept That Proposal Which is to the Best Interests of City of Irrigon. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
