Ridge Gate East Filing 4 Street and Utilities Project. The project is located within Douglas County and the City of Lone Tree, Colorado and includes, but is not limited to; installation and maintenance of erosion control Best Management Practices (BMPs), traffic control, demolition and removals related to roadway construction, earthwork, curb & gutter, asphalt pavement, traffic signals, street lights, sidewalk, signage, striping, installation of storm sewer, installation of sanitary sewer, and installation of water main. It is anticipated the Notice to Proceed will be issued on February 28, 2024. Bidder pre-qualifications will not be required for this project; provided, however, upon evaluation of bids, the apparent low bidder must be prepared to demonstrate his qualifications by submitted evidence to the District such as financial data, previous experience, authority to conduct business in the jurisdiction where the project is located, and other requirements as may be specified in the Contract Documents. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier s Check or Certified Check, payable to Rampart Range Metropolitan District No. 5 in the amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the Bid, to be retained by the District, will be required until a contract is executed. If the successful Bidder should fail to enter into a contract with the District, his check or bid bond will be held as liquidated damages, in which event the Contract may then be awarded to the next lowest qualified bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to accept the proposal that in the opinion of the Owner is in the best interest of Rampart Range Metropolitan District No. 5.
