Demolition of all structure(s), to include removal of the structure(s), removal of all debris, weeds, rank vegetation, driveways, slabs, foundation walls, impervious surfaces, and fences. Sever and seal electrical, gas, water, sewer, and telephone utility mains per the Utility Companies Directives, also to fill open wells, removal/crushing/fill-in of septic tanks, underground fuel tanks, etc. on property(ies) to SC Dept of Health and Environmental Control standards.
