Renovation of a stadium in London, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Phased expansion and renovations to the existing arena as follows: Phase 1 construction (customer-facing) to include: Level 100 Club Lounge expansion, multi-purpose event space expansion, and Knights Locker Room renovations; Level 200 private suites and corridor refresh and East Bowl Loges; food and beverage concessions upgrades; and audio/visual and technology upgrades. TIMELINE: As of May 2024, Phase 1 construction is underway. Sub trades are being secured by invitation only. Completion is expected March 2025. *The first phase would be approx. 15.1 million; the city's share would be approx. 9 million on an 20/80 split with the arena operator. *The city's contribution in Phase 2 would be approx. 17.7 million.
