The project is Contract #2023-06 Fuel Tank & System Replacement, located at 141 Oakland Beach Avenue in the City of Rye, New York. 1.03 DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK A. The Work includes labor, material and equipment, services required for construction, testing, and commissioning of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents and as more specifically described in the Specifications and Drawings and includes, but is not limited to, the following principal features: 1. Provide and install one (1) temporary gas 3500 gallon Berco tank model UL 142 double wall as shown on the contract drawings. 2. Remove 4,000 gallon RUL and 4,000 gallon diesel underground tank and associated piping, remove concrete pads, dispenser, light pole and pavement. 3. Provide and install one (1) new Fiber Glass Systems - 12,000 gallon (7,000/5,000 split) double walled underground storage tank with associated concrete anchors and concrete pad. Compartments as follows: 7,000 Gallon RUL and 5,000-gallon diesel. 4. Provide and install OPW Flexworks piping with access pipe, entry boots end fittings, dispenser sumps, and shear valves. 5. Furnish and install 16' light pole (2-total), associated footing with LED lights. 6. Install only; Veeder Root console, including associated probes, float kits, sensors, and caps. 7. Install only; Fuel Master FM Live fuel management system including associated electrical components. 8. Install only; Gasboy dispenser (3-total) including associated piping an electrical components.
