Reference Number 0000335531 The City of Hollister is seeking the services of an experienced and qualified Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services, in accordance with the specifications herein. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to provide a Scope of Work to maintain the public health, safety, and economic recovery of the City of Hollister during the response to an exigent situation as well as to restore the public areas to a normal condition. The Contractor understands and agrees that debris removal and disposal services in the utmost expeditious manner possible is of most importance and it will make every effort to complete all requirements of the Contract in the shortest time possible. All services required shall be in accordance with the standards listed herein. City will require the Contractor to supply all equipment, tools, materials, mechanical machinery, and all and safety equipment to perform.
