The Board of Trustees of the Village of Rockville Centre, New York, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which they deem to be most favorable to the interest of the Village No proposals can be withdrawn after the time fixed for receiving bids has expired. All wages paid to employees of the bidder for work performed within the State of New York must not be less than the minimum as specified by applicable law, a copy of the wage rates schedule shall be attached to the Contract agreement for the classifications of labor, which the bidder intends to employ.
