Question Acceptance Deadline 12/12/2023 03:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - FOB Destination - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % -- An original bid bond, bank money order, certified check or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must be submitted with any bid in excess of $100,000 *Right of city to accept or reject bids the city reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities which do not materially affect the bid document or otherwise conflict with statute or ordinance. Any rejection of bids shall be made only if there is a sound documented reason for same. Environmental abatement, disposal of asbestos and hazardous materials, select structure demolition, disconnection of select utilities, and Site restoration for a portion the subject property as shown on the plans. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required to perform the work specified in the contract documents.
