Environmental abatement, disposal of asbestos and hazardous materials, select structure demolition, disconnection of select utilities, and Site restoration for a portion the subject property as shown on the plans. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required to perform the work specified in the contract documents.
