Contractor will completely prepare project areas for construction operations, including selective demolition and removal of existing materials, and furnishing all necessary tools, equipment, labor, materials, temporary equipment and items, specialty services, supervision, and perform all work to renovate approximately 2,700 SF of existing space and additional space of 2,250 SF to Building 15 at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane Washington. Contractor will provide all structural, architectural, civil, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and special systems work. All work shall be performed per contract drawings and specifications. Period of performance is estimated to be 730 days for completion of work.
