Water Well No. 1 is located at 16219 Lasting Light Lane, Houston, Texas 77095 The deadline to ask questions is 12/12/2023 10:30 AM CST The work includes providing bonds and insurance; removing and inspecting pumping equipment; sounding the lap; performing any necessary mechanical and chemical rehabilitation to the well; install new column assembly components and accessories to a pump setting of 700 feet (700'); replacing the pump, motor, column assembly and accessories; bacteriological testing; performing water well performance test; disinfecting the water well; performing water sampling and testing before and after water well rework; and hydro-mulching all areas within the plant site and all other adjacent areas disturbed during this construction. AWARD OF CONTRACT The Owner is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids or in bidding. The Owner may accept any bid deemed advantageous. The contract award may include full consideration of unit prices, supplementary items, substitutions, subcontractors, and time of completion.
