The City of Lancaster is seeking to retain a pre-qualified prime or subcontractor for the 2024 ADA Curb Ramps Project. This project and contract are subject to certain special requirements. For example, as more specifically detailed in the contract documents, the successful bidder shall be required to assure protection against discrimination for employees, applicants for employment, and subcontractors on the grounds of actual or perceived race, color, sex, religion, ancestry, genetic information, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, familial status, marital status, age, mental or physical disability, use of guide or support animals and/or mechanical aids, and to make payment of certain minimum salaries and wages. The City of Lancaster, PA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid, which is in the best interest of the City. The lowest responsible bidder need not be the bidder submitting the lowest dollar amount bid.
