The Work includes: selective demolition of aluminum assemblies, steel stud framing at interior walls; new gypsum wallboard and finishes at remodeled spaces, power and lighting improvements, modification to existing mechanical systems, modification to existing fire protection system, modification to existing telecommunications systems, residential appliances, shelving equipment, and other miscellaneous items.
