Webb County is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for Civil Engineering Services for design, development of cost estimates, preparation of construction documents and construction administration for parking lot improvements to include but not limited to resurfacing, sealcoating and lining services to the Webb County's Fairground Pavilion and overflow parking lot areas. This document outlines the requirements, selection process and documentation necessary to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) in response to this RFQ. This solicitation will comply with the State of Texas Government Code; Professional Services Procurement Act. Firms in receipt of this RFQ shall notify Mr. Juan Guerrero, Contract Administrator, of any address changes, contact person changes, and/or telephone number changes no later than 48 hours prior to the date and time fixed for submission of proposals.
