Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Guttenberg, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade municipal facility.
PROJECT IS NOT BEING AWARDED AND NOT GOING BACK OUT FOR REBID Construct a new 2 story with finished basement Community Resource Center Building with brick and limestone veneer on metal stud framing, wood veneer panels on CMU backup walls, PVC membrane roof with tapered rigid insulation, concrete floors and concrete foundation, mechanical, electrical and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup. The building shall have 3 levels, one below grade. The 2nd floor space is minimally finished for a future tenant build out. The building is designed to add a third story in the future. The building will have an elevator, one interior stair with burnished block finish, and one exterior stair. The lower level has a large training room and smaller meeting room separated by an operable wall system, 2 kitchens, 2 restrooms, a family restroom with shower, and storage and mechanical spaces. The first floor has an entrance vestibule, and tenant space with lobby, storage spaces, offices, and breakroom. The exterior of the building shall have a large canopy at the north over the exterior stairs, a paved parking lot, ADA parking spaces, and sidewalks around the perimeter of the building. Proposals received will be considered by the Board at their meeting on the 9 th day of January, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.
