Renovation of an educational facility in North Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Removal of the existing switchgear. Required re-configuration of the space, replacement of needed wire, conduit, installation of HVAC components shown in the drawings, and reinstallation of all work displaced due to work performed. Direct questions to the construction manager. SCOPE OF WORK 1. THIS SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO; THE REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING SWITCHGEAR, REQUIRED RE-CONFIGURATION OF THE SPACE, REPLACEMENT OF NEEDED WIRE, CONDUIT, INSTALLATION OF HVAC COMPONENTS SHOWN IN THE DRAWINGS, AND REINSTALLATION OF ALL WORK DISPLACED DUE TO THIS WORKK BING PERFORMED 2. CONTRACTOR TO SCHEDULE HIS WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL NOISE ORDINANCES PER THE AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION. 3. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A LETTER ACCEPTING ALL PROJECT CONDITIONS PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK. 4. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEAN WORK AREAS DAILY. 5. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A PROJECT SPECIFIC SAFETY PLAN PRIOR TO MOBILIZATION.
