Unsuitable Soils Shall Include but is Not Limited to Running Silt, Peat, Logs, Stumps, Roots, Grass and Other Vegetable Matter, Perishable or Toxic Material, Slurry or Mud, Organic Clay, and Organic Silt; or Any Material Which is Susceptible to Spontaneous Combustion or Has Clay Having a Liquid Limit Exceeding 80% and or a Plasticity Index Exceeding 55% or Which Has a Loss Of Weight Greater Than 2.5% on Ignition. Any liquidated damages assessed will be on a Work Order basis. The deadline to submit questions is not later than 3:00 PM local time on Monday, January 8, 2024.
