The City of Vero Beach, Florida hereby requests proposals to lead a facilitated planning and design charrette process that involves the engagement and participation of the community in the creation and evaluation of alternative development scenarios for the three city-owned properties. In order to be considered, a firm submitting a proposal must have substantial relevant experience in providing services of similar scope, complexity, and magnitude. *The City reserves the right to delay awarding of a contract for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after opening of proposals, to waive informalities in any proposal, and to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part with or without cause and/or to accept the proposal that, in the City's sole judgment, will serve the best interest of the City of Vero Beach, Florida.
