Traffic Signal Infrastructure Improvement. The City of Wilkes-Barre reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to request additional information from all proposers, when doing so is in the best interest of the project. This project is funded by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation. Wilkes-Barre City Hall is a facility accessible to persons with disabilities Traffic Signal Infrastructure Improvement Project - The project will consist ofupgrading pedestrian pushbuttons to ADA compliant pushbuttons at 10 various intersections throughout the city. Additionally, Omni Vision cameras or equivalent will be installed at 2 ofthe 10 intersections.
