**As of January 05, 2024, No award has been made and the RFP is to be cancelled. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A. Equipment only bid for the following: Enterprise High School 1. Sixteen (16) new direct replacement gas/DX Vertical Unit Ventilators (VUVs) per the bid documents prepared by Ameresco. Tower High School 1. Seven (7) new direct replacement gas/DX Rooftop Air Handling Units (RTUs) of various sizes per the bid documents prepared by Ameresco. SCHEDULE: A. Afterreceipt of bids, order will be placed with the successful vendor as soon as possible. Delivery in spring 2024 is desired. PROPOSALACCEPTANCE: The right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities and/or irregularities in bid proposals submitted during the bidding process is reserved by the Owner, which right may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Owner. PROPOSALWITHDRAWAL: Proposals for base bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time established for the receipt of proposals.
