The City seeks a software solution, and corresponding hardware, for video-based multi-modal traffic count cameras. The Proponent's Proposal should include: installation support; configuration; maintenance; and ongoing support and services during a multi-year contract. The City operates an internal program for the collection and storage of transportation data. This data is collected using a variety of methods and schemas. A key piece of the program are permanent volume counters - counters installed in place for the long-term which count traffic as it goes by. These devices are currently used to collect pedestrian, cyclist, and vehicle volumes. Question Deadline 01/12/2024 at 3:00 PM PT The term of any Agreement is expected to be a nine (9)-year period, with six (6) possible one (1)-year extensions, for a maximum total term of fifteen (15) years inclusive of the optional extension years.
