OVERVIEW The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 is conducting market research to identify potential sources for Architect-Engineer services to complete the below scope of work. SCOPE OF WORK Architect/Engineer (A-E): The Contractor will perform all professional (A-E) services necessary to provide design and construction period services for Construction project 590-24-300. The project requires the A/E to conduct a thorough survey across the medical center campus mapping and tagging system piping and then designing the corrections for all high risk issues including building lateral feeds and water monitoring system to comply with new VA directives for areas of high risk of failure. There are numerous piping systems needing assessment including water mains and various plumbing systems.
